Our biannual 2024 CommUnity Conference was a success! In collaboration with partners from the Civic Health of Wisconsin Initiative, dedicated community leaders, students, faculty, researchers, and nonprofit professionals came together for a day of engagement to learn and discuss civic health. As a result, we hope to open access to information, create spaces for social togetherness, deter political polarization, empower underrepresented groups, and uphold democracy!

- Work to collaborate across differences, both informally and in organized groups.
- Strive to include new and/or marginalized voices in policy and advocacy efforts.
- Support local news media that share reliable, accurate information.
- Advocate for civics education in schools and communities.
