Recent developments governing federal aid for programming abroad have created a rapidly changing context for American nonprofits and philanthropic organizations working abroad, and for community-based organizations around the globe. CommNS Affiliate Mark Sidel, Doyle-Bascom Professor of Law and Public Affairs, will provide an overview, followed by insights from Dr. Vincenzo Bollettino, Director of the Program on Resilient Communities at the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative.  The CommNS will also share insights gathered from global partners on how organizations are adapting.
